When do I apply each product?
Start your day off by applying the Athena Daytime Toning Moisturizer Therapy. Allow approximately five minutes for your skin to absorb the moisturizer. Next, apply your Athena 7 Minute Lift for youthful, healthy looking skin all day long. Finish off your day by cleansing and exfoliating with the Microdermabrasion scrub. Before bedtime, apply your Athena Nightly Renewal Cream to restore and revitalize your skin while you sleep.
Are Athena Skin Care products safe for me to use?

We do suggest avoiding oil-based foundations while you are using Athena 7 Minute Lift as these kinds of products can limit your results. For best results, we recommend using the entire collection of Athena Skin Care Collection for the anti-aging portion of your daily skin care routine.
How often should I apply each product?
To achieve maximum benefits, we suggest daily use. You may adjust your own personal usage to what works best for you.
